摘 要:目的:研究不同烧结参数对IPS e.max CAD维氏硬度的影响。方法:选择15个IPS e.max CAD瓷块,分别进行不同烧结温度、次数和升温速率的处理,使用显微维氏硬度计测量维氏硬度值。SPSS20.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:不同烧结温度和升温速率处理,材料的维氏硬度值存在显著差异(P<0.05);不同烧结次数处理,不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:烧结参数改变会影响IPS e.max CAD的维氏硬度。Objective:To investigate the effects of different sintering parameters on the Vickers hardness of IPS e.max CAD.Methods:15 IPS e.max CAD ceramic blocks was treated with different sintering temperature,times and heating rate,and the Vickers hardness value was measured by microhardness tester.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:At different sintering temperature and heating rate,there were significant differences on the Vickers hardness(P>0.05);there is no significant difference under different sintering times(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Vickers hardness of IPS e.max CAD was affected by the change of sintering parameters.
