颅脑降温仪在急性重症胰腺炎救治中的应用效果观察及对上腹压痛消失时间影响分析

摘  要:目的:分析颅脑降温仪在急性重症胰腺炎救治中的应用效果及对上腹压痛消失时间的影响。方法:2018年1月~2020年1月于本院接受治疗的49例急性重症胰腺炎患者为观察对象,随机分组,常规治疗的患者为对照组(24例),颅脑降温仪辅助治疗的患者为观察组(25例),分析效果。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率(92.00%)显著高于对照组,临床症状改善时间较对照组短,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者TNF-α、IL-1β水平及血清淀粉酶水平较对照组低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颅脑降温仪在急性重症胰腺炎救治中的应用效果显著,可提高临床治疗效率,改善炎症因子水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of craniocerebral cooling instrument in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis and the effect on the disappearance time of upper abdominal tenderness.Methods:49 patients with acute severe pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were observed.They were randomly divided into groups.The patients with conventional treatment were the control group(24 cases),and the patients were treated with craniocerebral cooling device.The patient was in the observation group(25 cases),and the effect was analyzed.Results:The effective rate(92.00%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the improvement time of clinical symptoms was shorter than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand serum amylase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of craniocerebral cooling instrument in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis is significant,which can improve the clinical treatment efficiency and improve the level of inflammatory factors.
