摘　　要：本研究详细介绍了定点医院急诊科在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间应急体系的构成与实践经验,应急体系的构成包括全院协同联动机制、人员配置和培训、应急预案演练、物资配置及管理以及科室环境管理。此应急体系通过临床实践实现医护人员零感染、疑似及确诊病例有效隔离,疫情期间应急管理工作有序开展,对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控具有重要意义。This study introduced the composition and practical experience of the emergency response system applied in the emergency department during the epidemic of COVID-19. The system included the cooperation of the whole hospital, staff arrangement and training, drills of the response system, allocation and management of goods and materials as well as environment management of the emergency department. Zero medical staff infection and effective isolation of the infected and suspected patients were achieved due to the implementation of the emergency response system ensuring the emergency management work carried out orderly during the COVID-19 epidemic, which was of great significance to the prevention and control of the epidemic.
