摘　　要：对玻璃体切割联合眼内填充术后体位支持的相关研究进行综述。旨在分析人工智能时代下,如何借助科技力量来提高眼底术后的强迫体位依从性、舒适度及准确率,并通过3个方面进行阐述:国内体位护理支持现状、人工智能时代下国内体位护理的发展和国外体位护理的革新。同时,提出了我国眼科护理在智能时代面临的机遇与挑战,以期搭建精准快速体位干预体系,造福视网膜脱离患者。In this paper, we summarized the correlational research of status and development in posture nursing after retinal detachment surgery. In order to analyze how the intervening measures influencing the compliance, comfort, and accuracy of posture after surgery, three aspects were expounded. They were the status of postural nursing pattern in China, the development of postural nursing in China under the coming of artificial intelligence, and the innovation of postural nursing abroad. Meanwhile, we put forward the opportunity and challenge of ophthalmologic nursing facing the age of intelligence. Ultimately we hope that patients of retinal detachment will benefit from the precise and rapid nursing system.
