摘　　要：新时代文秘专业教育的目标是培养将工匠精神内化于心、外化于行的文秘人才,其具体实施路径为充分利用地方资源、校内资源以及思政课,将工匠精神融入文秘专业教育教学。推进工匠精神融入文秘专业,有利于学生形成正确的“三观”,有利于学生提升就业竞争力,有利于学科的建设与发展。The goal of secretarial education in the new era is to cultivate secretarial talents who internalize and externalize the craftsman spirit.The main path is:make full use of local resources,school resources and ideological and political courses,and integrate the craftsman spirit into secretary professional education and teaching.Promoting the integration of the craftsman spirit into the secretary major is conducive to the formation of students'correct"three outlooks",the promotion of students'employment competitiveness,and the construction and development of disciplines.
