摘　　要：领导力作为一种以价值观为代表的德性力量,贯穿战略思维和资源整合的全过程,引领和决定着人的战略思维和资源整合力。一个人只有在德性力量的驱动下,才能以积极的价值观不断整合内外各种资源(人力、信息和客观条件等),进行战略思维。战略思维与资源整合力具有内在的统一性,要求必须做有价值的思考,它有助于领导者发现和选用人才以创建领导核心团队。而领导核心团队的创建则可以促进和完善领导者的战略思维和资源整合力。Leadership,as a moral force represented by values,runs through the whole process of strategic thinking and resource integration,leading and determining people’s strategic thinking and resource integration.Only one person,driven by virtue,can work hard,perform his duties,and integrate all kinds of internal and external resources(human,information and objective conditions,etc.)with positive values to carry out strategic thinking.Strategic thinking and resource integration have inherent unity that they both require valuable thinking,which helps leaders find and select talents to create core leadership team.The creation of leadership core team can promote and improve the strategic thinking and resource integration of leaders.
