摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,对新时代体育发展观进行深入分析。结果表明,"一个着眼"、"两个结合"、"三个维度"及"四种路径"是新时代体育发展观的主要内容。"一个着眼"即着眼于体育强国建设;"两个结合"即把体育梦与中国梦、竞技体育与大众体育相结合;"三个维度"即从国家崛起、健康中国及体育治理的维度来阐释新时代体育发展的重要价值;"四种路径"即践行新时代体育发展观的举措是"精神引领,筑牢根基,深化改革,创新探索"。By using literature and logical analysis,this paper studies the concept of sports development in the new era.The results show that sports development in the new era can be summarized as"one focus","two combinations","three Dimensions"and"Four Paths"."One focus"is to focus on the construction of China’s sports power;"two combinations"is to combine sports dreams with Chinese dreams as well as competitive sports and mass sports;"three dimensions"is to expound the important value of sports in the new era from rise of nation,healthy China,and sports governance;"four paths"is to carry out the four initiatives that includes"thinking excellently,building a foundation,deepening reform,and exploring innovation".
