摘  要:文章旨在评估在禁抗条件下,日粮添加海带粉结合活性炭对肉鸭生长性能和肉品质的影响。试验将22d平均初始体重为(1076.75±5.37)g的600只肉鸭随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只,对照组饲喂玉米~豆粕型基础日粮,处理组分别饲喂基础日粮+2、4和8g/kg海带粉结合活性炭,试验共开展21d。结果:处理3组肉鸭的末重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时处理3组15~21d及1~21d日增重和饲料报酬最高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,处理3组血清高密度脂蛋白浓度显著提高8.04%(P<0.05),而处理2组血清低密度脂蛋白浓度较处理1组显著提高25.95%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,处理1和2组肉鸭屠宰后7d的TBARS值分别显著降低50.25%和30.62%(P<0.05)。处理2组肌肉灰分含量最高,胆固醇含量最高(P<0.05),处理3组肌肉粗脂肪含量最高(P<0.05)。处理3组肌肉中C20:2脂肪酸浓度最低(P<0.05),处理1和2组肌肉C20:6脂肪酸浓度及n-6/n-3脂肪酸显著高于对照组与处理3组(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加海带粉结合活性炭对整个生长期肉鸭的采食量和日增重无显著影响,但添加水平达到8g/kg时可以改善饲料效率和屠宰7d后肌肉抗氧化,添加水平达到4g/kg时降低鸭肉n-6与n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的比值。The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of dietary kelp powder combined with activated carbon on the growth performance and meat quality of meat ducks under the condition of prohibition and resistance.A total of 600 meat ducks with an average initial weight of(1076.75±5.37)g at 22 days were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 30 in each replicate.The control group was fed with a basic diet of corn-soybean meal,while the treatment group was fed with a basic diet of+2,4 and 8 g/kg kelp powder combined with activated carbon,for a total of 21 days.Results:The final weight of meat ducks in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the daily weight gain and feed reward were the highest in the treatment group 15~21 days and 1~21 days(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum HDL concentration in the 3 groups was significantly increased by 8.04%(P<0.05),while the serum LDL concentration in the 2 groups was significantly increased by 25.95%(P<0.05)compared with that in the 1 group.Compared with the control group,TBARS were significantly reduced by 50.25%and 30.62%7 days after slaughter in group 1 and group 2(P<0.05).The highest ash content and the lowest cholesterol content were observed in the 2 groups(P<0.05),and the lowest crude fat content was observed in the 3 groups(P<0.05).The concentrations of C20:2 fatty acids in the muscles of the 3 groups were the lowest(P<0.05),and the concentrations of C20:6 fatty acids and n-6/n-3 fatty acids in the muscles of the 1 and 2 groups were significantly higher than those of the control group and the 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition of kelp powder combined with activated carbon has no significant effect on the feed intake and daily weight gain of the whole growing period,but when the added level reaches 8 g/kg,the feed efficiency can be improved and the muscle anti~oxidation can be improved after slaughtering for 7 days,and when the added level reaches 4 g/kg,the ratio of n-6 and
