摘 要:本研究旨在探讨青贮构树叶作为功能性饲料原料替代牧草在奶牛生产上的应用,评估其对奶牛泌乳性能、乳成分、乳脂肪酸组成及机体抗氧化性能的影响。试验将平均初始体重为(571.89±28.88)kg、泌乳量(32.08±1.03)kg的96头荷斯坦奶牛随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复4头,各组奶牛分别饲喂含有0、5%、10%和15%青贮构树叶的全混合日粮。结果:日粮添加青贮构树叶显著降低了奶牛干物质摄入量(P<0.05),但青贮构树叶组奶牛的饲料效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。10%和15%青贮构树叶组奶牛的泌乳量较对照组分别显著提高13.73%和15.92%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,10%和15%青贮构树叶组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高31.30%和61.88%(P<0.05),但青贮构树叶组丙二醛浓度较对照组分别显著降低29.11%、36.68%和31.88%(P<0.05)。与对照组和5%青贮构树叶组相比,10%和15%青贮构树叶组乳中多不饱和脂肪酸浓度显著提高69.87%、73.84%和61.32%、65.09%。结论:日粮添加10%~15%青贮构树叶可以提高奶牛饲料效率、机体免疫和抗氧化功能,降低牛奶体细胞数量。The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of silage leaves as functional feed material in dairy production,and to evaluate the effects of silage leaves on lactation performance,milk composition,milk fatty acid composition and antioxidant performance.96 Holstein cows with an average initial weight of 571.89±28.88kg and lactation capacity of 32.08±1.03kg were randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group had 6 replicates and 4 replicates.Each group was fed a full mixed diet containing 0,5%,10%and 15%silage leaves.Results:the addition of silage leaves significantly reduced the dry matter intake of cows(P<0.05),but the feed efficiency of cows in silage leaves group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the milk yield of cows in the silage group of 10%and 15%was significantly increased by 13.73%and 15.92%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum sod activity in the 10%and 15%silage group was significantly increased by 31.30%and 61.88%(P<0.05),but the malondialdehyde concentration in the silage group was significantly decreased by 29.11%,36.68%and 31.88%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the 5%silage leaf group,the concentrations of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the milk of the 10%and 15%silage leaf groups were significantly increased by 69.87%,73.84%,61.32%and 65.09%.Conclusion:Adding 10%~15%silage leaves to the diet can improve the feed efficiency,immune and antioxidant function,and reduce the number of milk cells.
