摘　　要：本文对粤港澳大湾区飞机维修高技能人才培养进行了思考与探索,尤其是广东省与香港、澳门地区院校和企业创新合作,探索以一种新的人才培养模式和课程体系去加快飞机维修人才的培养速度和供给规模,从而保障粤港澳大湾区航空运输业的高质量发展。This paper discusses and explores the training of high skilled aircraft maintenance talents in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,especially the innovative cooperation between Guangdong Province and universities and enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao,and explores a new talent training mode and curriculum system to speed up the training speed and supply scale of aircraft maintenance talents,so as to ensure the high-quality development of air transportation industry in Greater Bay Area.
