摘  要:针对传统层状陶瓷复合结构难以抵抗多次打击的问题,开展轻质金属封装陶瓷复合结构的抗侵彻性能研究。通过弹道枪实验和数值方法,获得金属封装多层陶瓷复合结构和单层陶瓷复合结构的抗侵彻性能。结果表明:多层复合结构抗侵彻性能比单层陶瓷复合结构提高了15%;两层陶瓷块的错位排布,基本消除了其不同位置处抗侵彻性能的差异;金属框架限制了陶瓷碎片的飞散,增加了陶瓷材料对弹丸的侵彻阻力,使金属封装夹层耗散了弹丸约55%的动能;陶瓷层数量的增加使冲击波在不同材料的衰减幅度以及界面间反射次数增加,改变了载荷在陶瓷层间的分布特性,减小了陶瓷破坏范围,有效提高了复合结构抗多次打击能力。The traditional layered ceramic composite structures are difficult to resist multi-hitting.The ballistic gun test and numerical simulation were conducted to study the anti-penetration performance of lightweight metal-packaged ceramic composite structures.The anti-penetration performances of the metal-packaged multilayer ceramic composite structure and single-layer ceramic composite structure were obtained.It is found that the multilayer ceramic composite structure is 15%higher than the single-layer ceramic composite structure in the anti-penetration performance,and the difference in anti-penetration performance at different locations can be eliminated basically due to the misalignment of the two-layer ceramic blocks.Based on the research on the anti-penetration response of compound structure,the metal packaging restrictes the flying out of broken ceramic fragments,thereby increasing the erosion of the projectile,dissipating about 55%of kinetic energy of projectile,and improving the anti-penetration performance of the structure.The distribution characteristics of the load in the ceramic interlayers are changed by increasing the number of ceramic interlayers due to the propagation and attenuation of shock wave in different materials and its multiple reflections at the interface.The reduction in the ceramic damaged range makes the overall structure more complete after penetration,and improves the ability of the composite structure to resist multi-hitting.
