高校二级学院退管工作的困境与思考

摘　　要：随着高校改革的日益快速的发展,高校退休教师管理普遍采取校院两级的管理模式,二级学院成为退管工作的主要执行方。在"双一流"高校建设的影响下,学科发展、人才培养、教学科研等地位日益提升,退管工作受制于传统的管理模式,面临着更大的挑战。笔者在文中阐述了高校二级学院退管工作的现状及面临的困境,分析探讨了提升退管工作效能的积极举措,希望借此进一步探索梯度化、多元化的管理体系,为更好地服务退休教师提供工作思路。With the rapid development of the reform of colleges and universities,the management of retired teachers in Colleges and universities generally adopts the two-level management mode of colleges and universities,and the secondary colleges become the main executors of retirement management.Under the influence of the construction of"double first-class"colleges and universities,the status of discipline development,talent training,teaching and scientific research has been improved day by day.In this paper,the author expounds the current situation and difficulties of the secondary colleges'retirement work,analyzes and discusses the positive measures to improve the efficiency of the withdrawal work,hoping to further explore the gradient and diversified management system,so as to provide better service for retired teachers.
