摘　　要：研究鲍鱼菇支链氨基酸对大强度离心运动后的延迟性肌肉酸痛的影响。对大鼠灌胃鲍鱼菇支链氨基酸提取液,进行分组试验,对比试验前后大鼠的能量代谢率和血液生化指标。试验结果表明,鲍鱼菇支链氨基酸对大鼠的能量代谢率影响不大;能够有效控制大鼠体内的血乳酸水平,降低肌酸激酶含量;血尿素氮含量的增高可能是由于鲍鱼菇提取液中的蛋白质含量过高。鲍鱼菇支链氨基酸对缓解延迟性肌肉酸痛有一定的功效,其作用机理主要是对组织细胞的营养和修复作用。Objective to study the effect of branched chain amino acids of Pleurotus abalonus on delayed muscle soreness after strenuous exercise.The energy metabolism rate and blood biochemical indexes of rats before and after the experiment were compared.The results showed that,the branched chain amino acids of P.abalonus had little effect on the energy metabolism rate of rats;it could effectively control the blood lactic acid level in rats and reduce the content of creatine kinase;the increase of blood urea nitrogen content may be due to the high protein content in the extract of P.abalonus.The branched chain amino acids of P.abalonus eryngii have a certain effect on relieving delayed muscle soreness,and its mechanism of action is mainly to nourish and repair tissue cells.
