摘  要:针对食用菌产品金融化现象日益凸显,食用菌产品现货市场价格也因金融化因素产生剧烈波动的现象,因此对食用菌产品现货市场价格中的金融化因素及其传导机制进行分析,并从政府管理和市场管理的角度提出食用菌产品现货市场价格风险防控措施,即建立成熟的食用菌产品保险制度体系、价格支持体系、期货市场体系、公开透明的金融化融资平台等,以达到防范食用菌产品现货市场价格风险的目的,这对于食用菌产业健康稳定的发展具有重要的现实意义。In recent years,the phenomenon of financialization of edible fungi products has become increasingly prominent,and the spot market prices of edible fungi products have also fluctuated sharply due to financial factors.Therefore,the financial factors in the spot market prices of edible fungi products and their transmission mechanisms are analyzed,and from the perspective of government management and market management,this paper puts forward the measures to prevent and control the price risk in the spot market of edible fungi products,through the establishment of a mature edible fungi product insurance system,price support system,futures market system,open and transparent financial financing platform,etc.,prevent the spot market price risk of edible fungi products.The healthy and stable development of the industry has important practical significance.
