农村利用香菇菌糠栽培鸡腿蘑的技术推广与经济效益

摘　　要：为了提高香菇废料的利用率,研究香菇菌糠栽培鸡腿蘑的技术。在对香菇菌糠营养成分检测分析的基础上,配制了鸡腿蘑培养料配方,讨论了鸡腿蘑高产栽培的关键技术。结果显示,香菇菌糠中的营养成分也更符合鸡腿蘑菌丝生长的需要,能够提高鸡腿蘑栽培的经济效益,减少环境污染,可以作为鸡腿蘑生产的栽培原材料。In order to improve the utilization rate of Lentinus edodes chaff the cultivation technology of C.comatus with L.edodes chaff was studied.Based on the analysis of nutritional components of L.edodes chaff,the formula of culture material for C.comatus was formulated,and the key technology of high-yield cultivation of C.comatus was discussed.The results showed that the nutritional components of L.edodes chaff were more in line with the needs of mycelium growth of C.comatus,which could improve the economic benefits of C.comatus cultivation and reduce environmental pollution,so it could be used as the raw material for the production of C.comatus.
