摘  要:在对阿魏蘑菇液体菌种生产技术进行研究的基础上,根据气升式反应器的工作原理和技术特点,采用气升式反应器生产阿魏蘑菇液体菌种。探讨了阿魏蘑菇一级液体菌种、培养基制备、灭菌、接种、生产和检测的工艺流程,并对气升式反应器的外观进行了设计。采用气升式反应器可以有效提高食用菌液体制种生产工艺的普及率,而且气升式反应器生产阿魏蘑菇液体菌种优势明显,十分适合我国目前食用菌生产的现状,值得普及推广。The production technology of Pleurotus ferulae liquid strain was studied.The working principle and technical characteristics of the airlift reactor were introduced.The liquid strain of Pleurotus ferulae was produced by using the airlift reactor.The technological process of the first level liquid strain,medium preparation,sterilization,inoculation,production and detection of the mushroom was discussed.The appearance of the airlift reactor was designed.The use of airlift reactor can effectively improve.With the popularization of edible fungus liquid seed production technology,the advantages of using airlift reactor to produce Pleurotus ferulae liquid strain are obvious,which is very suitable for the current situation of edible fungi production in China,and it is worth popularizing.
