摘 要:我国食用菌产品具有较强的竞争力和明显的比较优势,属于出口拳头产品和特色农产品,但由于产品存在质量安全问题,食用菌产品的出口受到影响。为此需要研究食用菌产品安全监测技术,提高食用菌产品的安全性和质量,促进食用菌产业在我国的健康发展,提高我国食用菌在国际贸易上的竞争力。从法律地位、法律效力和制定准入制度3个方面进行食用菌产品安全检测证据效力的制度设计,坚持以合法性、关联性和客观性原则制定食用菌产品安全监测的采信规则,促进我国食用菌产业的发展。China’s edible fungi products have strong competitiveness and obvious comparative advantages,and belong to export fist products and characteristic agricultural products.However,due to the quality and safety problems of products,the export of edible fungi products is affected.Therefore,it is necessary to study the safety monitoring technology of edible fungi products,improve the safety and quality of edible fungi products,promote the healthy development of edible fungi industry in China,and improve the competitiveness of edible fungi in international trade in China.The system design of evidence validity of edible mushroom product safety inspection was carried out from three aspects:legal status,legal effect and establishment of access system,and the acceptance rules of edible mushroom product safety inspection were established based on the principles of legality,relevance and objectivity,so as to promote the development of edible mushroom industry in China.
