血尿淀粉酶检验在胰腺炎诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析胰腺炎患者采用血尿淀粉酶检验诊断的应用价值。方法选择104例胰腺炎患者作为观察组,根据病情分型分为观察A组(轻症,73例)和观察B组(重症,31例);另选100例同期行常规健康检查者作为对照组。所有研究对象均接受血尿淀粉酶、血清炎症因子水平检测。比较对照组和观察组血尿淀粉酶及血清炎症因子水平,比较观察A组和观察B组患者血尿淀粉酶水平。结果观察组患者血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察B组患者的血淀粉酶为(1053.46±102.57)U/L,尿淀粉酶为(2126.84±168.41)U/L,均高于观察A组的(486.27±74.93)、(1279.37±104.69)U/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰腺炎患者可采用血尿淀粉酶检验进行诊断,诊断价值较高,可在临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the practical value of blood and urinary amylase test in the diagnosis of pancreatitis.Methods There was 104 pancreatitis patients selected as observation group,and they were divided into observation group A(mild disease,73 cases)and observation group B(severe disease,31 cases)according to the disease classification.Another 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.All subjects were tested for blood and urinary amylase and serum inflammatory factors.Comparison was made on blood and urinary amylase and serum inflammatory factors between the control group and observation group,and blood and urinary amylase between observation group A and observation group B.Results The blood amylase,urinary amylase,CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 levels of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood amylase(1053.46±102.57)U/L and urinary amylase(2126.84±168.41)U/L of observation group B were all higher than(486.27±74.93)and(1279.37±104.69)U/L of observation group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood and urinary amylase test index can be used for the diagnosis of patients with pancreatitis,which has high diagnostic value and can be widely used in clinic.
