摘 要:目的分析糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原199(CA199)与癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法选取100例卵巢癌患者作为研究组,同时期100例行常规体检健康者作为对照组,两组均行CA125、CA199与CEA检测。对比两组的CA125、CA199与CEA水平、单项检测及联合检测阳性率;对比CA125、CA199、CEA单项检测及联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值。结果研究组CA125、CA199与CEA水平分别为(351.83±44.19)U/ml、(69.32±7.03)U/ml、(15.39±4.56)ng/ml,均高于对照组的(16.34±5.90)U/ml、(20.94±6.16)U/ml、(2.37±1.41)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组CA125、CA199、CEA单项检测及联合检测阳性率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测对卵巢癌诊断的敏感度与阴性预测值均高于CA125、CA199、CEA单项检测,阳性预测值高于CA199、CEA单项检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CA125、CA199与CEA联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值优于单项检测,可为临床诊断该病提供较为可靠的参考依据。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125), carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) for ovarian cancer. Methods There were 100 patients with ovarian cancer selected as the research group, and 100 healthy subjects as the control group. The CA125, CA199 and CEA were detected in both groups. Comparison was made on CA125, CA199 and CEA levels, positive rates of single detection and combined detection, and diagnostic value of CA125, CA199, CEA single detection and combined detection for ovarian cancer. Results The levels of CA125, CA199 and CEA of the research group were(351.83±44.19) U/ml,(69.32±7.03) U/ml and(15.39±4.56) ng/ml, which were all higher than(16.34±5.90) U/ml,(20.94±6.16) U/ml and(2.37±1.41) ng/ml of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive rates of CA125, CA199, CEA single and combined detection in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The sensitivity and negative predictive value of the combined detection for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were higher than the CA125, CA199 and CEA single detection, and the positive predictive value was higher than the CA199 and CEA single detection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of CA125, CA199 and CEA has better diagnostic value for ovarian cancer than single detection, and can provide a more reliable reference for clinical diagnosis.
