摘 要:在校企协同、产教融合的新工科教育背景下,针对"通用航空运行与保障"课程,提出校内专业教师和校外兼职教师组建"双师型"教学团队,将创新创业融入课程教学全过程,开展双创视角下"通用航空运行与保障"课程的探索与实践。实践表明,建立校内校外教师构成的"双师型"教学团队,在理论课程之外引入创新创业教学,实现了由被动学习变为主动学习,课上理论教学与课下创新实践融合互补,增加了学习主动性和积极性,效果显著。Under the background of the new engineering education of cooperation between school and enterprise and integration of industry and education,aiming at the course of"general aviation operation and guarantee",it is proposed that professional teachers and part-time teachers in and out of school set up"double-qualified"teaching team,integrate innovation and entrepreneurship into the whole course of teaching,and carry out the exploration and practice of"general aviation operation and guarantee"course from the perspective of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Practice shows that the establishment of a"double-qualified"teaching team composed of teachers inside and outside the school,the introduction of innovative entrepreneurship teaching outside the theoretical curriculum,the realization of passive learning into active learning,the integration of theoretical teaching in class and innovation practice in class complement each other,increase learning initiative and enthusiasm,the effect is remarkable.
