新疆基层水利单位对高校人才培养质量的反馈与思考——以新疆农业大学水利类人才培养为例

摘　　要：为不断探索培养适应本土市场需求,现代水利发展需要的新型人才,新疆农业大学水利与土木工程学院通过实地座谈和问卷调查等形式,于2019年7月-8月期间对学校水利类毕业生就业较为集中的用人单位开展了毕业生质量总体评价调研工作,以了解新疆基层水利单位对学校水利类学生培养质量的反馈。调研结果显示,用人单位急需地方高校培养适应现代水利、可持续水利发展需求的新型人才,专业基础夯实、学科知识融合、技术能力兼备的复合型人才,注重实践、掌握实用技术、热爱新疆水利的技能型人才。在此基础上,围绕用人单位的需求对学校水利类人才培养模式进行了包括进一步优化调整课程体系、优化教学手段和教学方法、强化素质教育、培养扎根新疆水利行业的专业人才等方面的反思,以适应现代水利发展和基层单位人才市场需求。In order to continuously explore and cultivate new talents to meet the needs of local market and modern water conservancy development,the school of water conservancy and civil engineering of Xinjiang Agricultural University conducted a survey on the overall quality of graduates from the employers with concentrated employment of water conservancy graduates from July to August 2019 through on-the-spot discussion and questionnaire survey,so as to understand the grass-roots water conservancy units in Xinjiang feedback on the training quality of water conservancy students.The survey results show that employers are in urgent need of local colleges and universities to cultivate new talents to meet the needs of modern and sustainable water conservancy development,compound talents with solid professional foundation,subject knowledge integration and technical ability,and skilled talents who pay attention to practice,master practical technology and love Xinjiang's water resources.On this basis,focusing on the needs of employers,the paper reflects on the training mode of water conservancy talents in the University,including further optimizing and adjusting the curriculum system,optimizing teaching means and teaching methods,strengthening quality education,and cultivating professional talents rooted in Xinjiang water conservancy industry,so as to adapt to the development of modern water conservancy and the talent market demand of grass-roots units.
