S100吸收性止血绒在肝细胞癌根治术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用S100吸收性止血绒对进行肝细胞癌根治术的患者实施肝断面止血的效果。方法:选取近几年在某医院进行肝细胞癌根治术的80例肝细胞癌患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组和观察组。术中对两组患者均使用常规方法进行肝断面止血。同时,为对照组患者使用生物蛋白胶进行肝断面止血,为观察组患者使用S100吸收性止血绒进行肝断面止血。然后观察两组患者止血的效果、缝合肝断面的时间、术后的腹腔引流量、术后发生肝创面渗血、感染、止血材料过敏的情况及其切口愈合的情况。结果:观察组患者止血的有效率高于对照组患者,其缝合断面的时间短于对照组患者,其术后腹腔的引流量少于对照组患者,其术后肝创面渗血的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。术后两组患者均未发生感染、止血材料过敏的情况,其切口均一期愈合。结论:使用S100吸收性止血绒对进行肝细胞癌根治术的患者实施肝断面止血的效果显著,可缩短为其缝合肝断面的时间,减少其术后的腹腔引流量,降低其术后创面渗血的发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of using S100 absorbent hemostatic wool on the liver cross-section hemostasis of patients undergoing radical resection of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:80 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma underwent radical resection in a hospital in recent years were selected as the research objects.These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Intraoperative hemostasis of liver section was performed by conventional methods in both groups.At the same time,the control group was treated with biological protein glue for hemostasis in the liver section,and the observation group was treated with S100 absorbent hemostasis in the liver section.Then,the effect of hemostasis,the time of sutured liver section,postoperative abdominal drainage volume,postoperative bleeding of liver wound,infection,hypersensitivity of hemostasis material and wound healing were observed in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the time of suturing section was shorter than that in the control group,the postoperative abdominal drainage volume was less than that in the control group,and the incidence of pos toperative bleeding on the liver wound was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.No infection or hypersensitivity of hemostatic materials occurred in the two groups after surgery,and the incisions were healed in the first stage.Conclusion:S100 absorptive hemostatic wool has a significant effect on the liver section hemostasis of patients undergoing radical hepatocellular carcinoma surgery,which can shorten the time of suturing the liver section,reduce the postoperativ e abdominal drainage volume,and reduce the incidence of postop erative wound bleeding.
