摘　　要：目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血液流变学指标检测在首发精神分裂症诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年9月期间宜宾市第四人民医院收治的102例首发精神分裂症患者和同期在该院接受体检的100例健康人作为研究对象。将其中102例首发精神分裂症患者作为观察组,将其中100例健康人作为对照组。对两组研究对象均进行血清Hcy和血液流变学指标检测。然后,比较两组研究对象血清Hcy的水平、全血低切粘度、全血中切粘度、全血高切粘度及血浆粘度,并总结观察组患者精神分裂症阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分与其血清Hcy水平的相关性。结果:观察组患者PANSS的评分越高,其血清Hcy的水平越高,其PANSS的评分与血清Hcy的水平呈正相关。观察组患者血清Hcy的水平、全血低切粘度、全血中切粘度及全血高切粘度均高于对照组健康人。两组研究对象中女性研究对象血清Hcy的水平均低于男性研究对象,P<0.05。两组研究对象的血浆粘度相比,P>0.05。结论:首发精神分裂症患者血清Hcy的水平及全血粘度均明显高于健康人。进行血清Hcy和血液流变学指标检测可为首发精神分裂症的诊断提供参考依据。Objective:To investigate the application of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and hemorheology in the diagnosis of first-episode schizophrenia.METHODS:102 patients with first-episode schizophrenia and 100 healthy people who received physical examination in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Yibin City during the same period from February 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,102 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were taken as the observation group,and 100 healthy people were taken as the control group.Serum Hcy and hemorheology indexes were detected in both groups.Then,serum Hcy level,whole blood low tangential viscosity,whole blood medium tangential viscosity,whole blood high tangential viscosity and plasma viscosity were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores of schizophrenia in the observation group and serum Hcy level was summarized.Results:The higher PANSS score in the observation group,the higher the serum Hcy level,and the PANSS score was positively correlated with the serum Hcy level.The level of serum Hcy,whole blood low tangential viscosity,whole blood medium tangential viscosity and whole blood high tangential viscosity in observation group were all higher than those in control group.The serum Hcy level of female subjects was lower than that of male subjects in both groups(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity of the two groups was P BBB 0.05.Conclusion:The serum Hcy level and whole blood viscosity of patients with first-episode schizophrenia were significantly higher than those of healthy people.The detection of serum Hcy and hemorheology ind exes can provide reference for the diagnosis of first episode s chizophrenia.
