摘  要:为了在保证冻干样品品质的同时缩短冻干时间,以猪主动脉为研究对象进行真空冷冻干燥。采用阶段升温方式与传统地一次干燥和二次干燥方式进行对比,结合脱水率、外观形态和力学性能,探讨阶段升温方式对缩短冻干时间的影响。实验结果表明,采用阶段升温方式明显缩短了干燥时间,且脱水率同样达到较高水平、外观形态和力学性能与采用传统方式所得样品无明显差异。实验结果为研究真空冷冻干燥过程降低能耗提供参考。In order to shorten the freeze-drying time and ensure the quality of freeze-drying samples,taking the porcine aorta as the research object for vacuum freeze drying.Compared with the traditional primary drying and secondary drying methods,the effect of the stage heating method on shortening the freeze-drying time was discussed in combination with the dehydration rate,appearance and mechanical properties.The experimental results showed that using stage heating method,the drying time was obviously shortened,the rehydration rate reached a high level,and the appearance and mechanical properties were not significantly different from those of the traditional method.The results provide reference for the research on energy consumption reduction in vacuum freeze drying process.
