摘 要:临床医学专业学生是医疗卫生事业的未来储备力量,其从医信念的坚定与否不但决定了医疗活动的精准性,同时也影响着医疗卫生服务行业的整体质量。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的冲击对医疗卫生从业人员来说既是机遇,也是挑战,面对突如其来的全球公共卫生事件,重塑临床医学专业研究生从医信念尤为重要。本文总结了山西医科大学临床医学研究生院开展的四项坚定医学生从事医学事业信念的教育方法,具体为:发挥榜样教育的作用;选择灵活多样的教育载体;鼓励学生加强专业知识学习;提升学生抗击疫情参与感。通过上述方法树立临床医学专业研究生坚定从医信念,旨在输送更多品德高尚、技术过硬的医疗卫生人才。Clinical medicine students are the future reserve force of the medical and health industry.Their firm belief in medicine not only determines the accuracy of the doctor's own medical activities,but also affects the quality of the overall medical and health service industry.The impact of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is both an opportunity and a challenge for medical and health professionals.In the face of sudden global health incidents,it is particularly important to reshape the beliefs of clinical medicine graduate students in medical practice.This article summarizes the four educational methods developed by the Graduate School of Clinical Medicine of Shanxi Medical University to strengthen the beliefs of medical students in the medical profession.The specific ones are:Give full play to the role of model education;Choose flexible and diverse education carriers;Encourage students to strengthen Professional knowledge learning;Enhance students'sense of participation in fighting the epidemic.Through the above methods,the establishment of clinical medicine graduates who are determined to practice medicine in the new year is aimed at delivering high-quality and skilled medical and health personnel to the medical industry in my country.
