摘 要:结构强度试验中,常采用液压加载方式,当加载过程中液压作动缸出现较大位移时,往往会造成载荷超调过大问题。分析载荷超调产生的原因,并介绍了多种先进PID算法原理,进行仿真对比分析。采用先进PID控制技术,以多种先进PID算法结合为基础,设计液压加载控制系统,并进行实验验证。结果表明:采用积分分离PID算法的控制方式,有效地解决了液压加载系统的超调问题,满足了结构强度试验的加载要求,并有效抑制因载荷超调导致的加载不协调问题,防止出现强度试验中试验件失稳现象。In the structural strength test,the hydraulic loading method is often used.When there is a large displacement of the hydraulic actuator cylinder during the loading process,it often causes the load overshoot.The causes of load overshoot are analyzed,the principle of various advanced PID algorithm is introduced,and the simulation contrast is analyzed.The advanced PID algorithm is adopted,and the hydraulic loading control system is designed based on the combination of various advanced PID algorithm.Experi⁃mental verification is conducted.The results show that the control method combined with integral separation PID algorithm can effec⁃tively solve the problem of overshoot of hydraulic loading system,meet the loading requirements of structural strength test,and effec⁃tively restrain the load incongruity caused by load overshoot,so as to prevent the instability of test piece in the strength test.
