摘　　要：本文针对传统手工包装大块砖茶存在的效率低、卫生条件差等问题,设计了一种大块砖茶自动包装生产线.首先,对手工包装流程和砖茶包装工艺要求进行了研究,根据该包装机的功能要求,对整机结构进行了设计.然后对砖茶包装机各部分机械结构进行了方案设计和虚拟设计.本文提出的砖茶包装机自动化生产线机械结构能满足砖茶包装的工艺规程,并能在一定程度上适应砖茶尺寸误差,能满足大块砖茶的包装要求,有效提高了砖茶的包装效率,改善了生产卫生条件,降低了劳动力成本,为砖茶企业实现规模化包装生产提供了可能.In view of the problems of low efficiency and poor sanitary conditions in traditional manual packaging of brick tea,an automatic packaging line for producing large tea bricks was proposed.First,through the research into manual packaging process and brick tea packaging process requirements,the whole machine structure was designed according to the functional requirements for the packing machine.Then the scheme design and virtual design of the mechanical structure of each part of the brick tea packaging machine were made.The mechanical structure proposed in this paper can fit the process regulations for brick tea packaging,accommodate the size error of brick tea to a certain extent,and meet the packaging requirements for large tea bricks,thus effectively improving the packaging efficiency,improving the production hygiene conditions,reducing labor costs,and making possible large-scale packaging for brick tea enterprises.
