摘　　要：延边自治州河村是朝鲜族和汉族共同生活的乡村。改革开放以后朝鲜族劳动力人口逐渐外流,导致村中人口过疏。常住人口多为汉族村民及朝鲜族中的老年人,村中老龄化程度较高。老年协会组织在村中一直存在并发挥作用。通过丰富的活动,提升了老人在村中的参与感;并且在老年协会组织的影响下,村庄作为一个熟人社会的本质重新显现,加强了村民的联系,助力乡村共同体发展。He village in Yanbian is a village where Korean and han live together.After the reform and opening up,the Korean ethnic group labor force population outflow gradually,causes the village population to be too sparse.The resident population is mostly han villagers,which causes a high level of ageing.The old people’s association has existed and plays a role in the village.The participation of the elderly is enhanced through rich activities.Under the influence of the organization of the old people’s association,the essence of the village as an acquaintance society reappears,strengthening the connection among villagers and boosting the development of the village community.
