P16、P53和Survivin在子宫内膜病变中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨P16、P53和Survivin蛋白在子宫内膜病变中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测P16、P53和Survivin蛋白在30例正常子宫内膜组织、50例子宫内膜增生组织及70例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况。结果 P16在正常子宫内膜组织中的表达率高于在子宫内膜增生组织及子宫内膜癌组织中的表达率,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);P53和Survivin在正常子宫内膜组织中的表达率低于子宫内膜增生组织及子宫内膜癌组织中的表达率,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);P53、P16和Survivin 3项指标联合检测的敏感度为95.14%,特异度为56.23%,高于单一指标的检测结果。结论 P16、P53和Survivin蛋白在子宫内膜病变中的表达反应了子宫内膜病变的进展过程,其联合检测对早期判断子宫内膜病变的程度有重要价值。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P16,P53 and Survivin proteins in endometrial lesions. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of P16,P53 and Survivin protein in 30 normal endometrial tissues,50 endometrial hyperplasia tissues and 70 endometrial carcinoma tissues. Results The expression rate of P16 in normal endometrium was higher than that in endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05);the expression rates of P53 and Survivin in normal endometrial tissue were lower than that in endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0. 05). The sensitivity of combined detection of P53,P16 and Survivin was 95. 14%. The specificity was 56. 23%,which is higher than the test result of a single indicator. Conclusion The expression of P16,P53 and Survivin proteins in endometrial lesions reflects the progression of endometrial lesions. The combined detection is of great value in the early diagnosis of endometrial lesions.
