曲伏前列素滴眼液联合微脉冲小梁激光成形术对开角型青光眼患者眼压水平的影响及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨曲伏前列素滴眼液联合微脉冲小梁激光成形术对开角型青光眼患者眼压水平的影响及安全性。方法选取2018年5月至2019年12月期间我院收治的开角型青光眼患者74例作为研究对象,所有患者均采用微脉冲小梁激光成形术治疗,采用奇偶数方式将患者抽签分为两组,其中偶数患者纳入对照组(n=37,采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗),奇数患者纳入观察组(n=37,采用曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗),比较两组眼压水平改善情况、眼部血液动力学改善情况及药物的安全性。结果治疗前两组患者眼压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组眼压水平均得以下降,且不同时间段观察组下降幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者眼部视网膜中央动脉及睫状后短动脉的舒张末期血流速度及收缩期峰值血流速度经比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者眼部视网膜中央动脉及睫状后短动脉的舒张末期血流速度及收缩期峰值血流速度均得以提升,且观察组提升幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组副作用总发生率为5.41%,与对照组(21.62%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开角型青光眼患者采用曲伏前列素滴眼液联合微脉冲小梁激光成形术促使眼压得以下降,改善患者的眼部血液动力学,且副作用更少,值得临床推广及借鉴。Objective To explore the impacts and safety of trevoprost eye drops combined with micro pulse laser trabeculoplasty on intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma.Methods A total of 74 patients with open-angle glaucoma admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All the patients were treated with micro pulse laser trabeculoplasty.The patients were randomLy divided into the control group(n=37,drawn in an even number)and the observation group(n=37,drawn in an odd number)according to the even and odd number method for the research.The control group was treated with timolol maleate eye drops,while the observation group was treated with trevoprost eye drops.The improvements of intraocular pressure level,ocular hemodynamics and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the intraocular pressure levels in both groups were decreased,and the reduction amplitudes in the observation group at different time periods were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in end-diastolic blood flow velocity and systolic peak blood flow velocity of central retinal artery and short posterior ciliary artery in two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the end-diastolic blood flow velocity and the peak systolic blood flow velocity of the central retinal artery and the short posterior ciliary artery in the two groups were increased,and the increase in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects in the observation group was 5.41%,which was significantly lower than 21.62%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of trevoprost eye drops in patients with open angle glaucoma combined with micro pulse laser trabeculoplasty promotes the reduction of intraocular pressure and
