摘　　要：电脑裁板锯是人造板初加工过程中使用的一种重要的锯切自动化设备,提高锯切的精度和延长整机的使用寿命是生产该设备必须研究的问题。主要分析了三种电脑裁板锯的锯车结构设计,以及锯车产生磨损的主要原因及延长其使用寿命的措施。A computer panel saw is important automatic sawing equipment used in the wood-based panel primary processing,so improving the accuracy of sawing and prolonging the service life of the whole machine are the issues that must be studied in the production of the equipment.This paper mainly analyzed the structural design of the sawing structures of three kinds of computer panel saws,the main causes of wear and tear and measures to prolong the service life of such structures.
