环境动态性视角下创业企业的创新策略选择比较

摘　　要：探索性创新、开发性创新以及两者均衡的双元创新对创业企业绩效均具有积极的作用,但受到环境动态性的复杂影响。本文从创新与创业研究领域的主流国际刊物中遴选出与探索性创新、开发性创新、双元创新、创业企业绩效以及环境动态性有关的57个独立样本作为研究对象,运用元分析研究方法,得出主要结论:技术动态性、市场动态性分别对于探索性创新、双元创新正向影响创业企业绩效具有正向调节作用,对于开发性创新正向影响创业企业绩效具有负向调节作用。Exploratory innovations,exploitative innovation and dual innovation have positive effects on entrepreneurial enterprises’performance,but these effects are influenced by environmental dynamism.We select 57 independent samples related to exploratory innovations,exploitative innovation,dual innovation,entrepreneurial enterprises’performance and environmental dynamics from mainstream international journals in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship as research objects and employ meta-analysis to obtain some results.The main conclusions are as follows:technological dynamics and market dynamics have a positive moderating effect on exploratory innovations and dual innovation,while they have a negative moderating effect on exploitative innovation.
