摘　　要：大学期间的学习与生活作为一个人成年前的重要准备阶段,面临着来自学业、就业、家庭的压力,人格特质也在这一阶段逐渐趋于稳定,因而这一阶段是个体心理健康发展的关键期,也是心理特点的变化与发展最频繁的时期。以往的研究中,大学生常作为一个整体来进行讨论,但是鉴于我国为多民族国家的现实,同时大学生作为民族文化的传承者具有重要的文化承载作用,每位大学生无不受到民族文化的熏陶与浸润,其心理特点、思维方式、情绪反应等均受到文化的影响,因而在具有中华民族文化普遍性的同时,包含着各民族文化的特殊性,在表现形式上呈现出文化的多元性。College life,as an important stage of preparation before adulthood,deals with the pressure from study,employment and family relationships.Personality traits are also established in this stage.Therefore,this stage is the critical period for mental health development and the period when psychological characteristics change most frequently.In previous studies,college students are often discussed as a whole.However,because China is a multi-ethnic country and college students as inheritors of national culture,plays an important role in carrying culture.Each college student will be influenced and infiltrated by national culture.Its psychological characteristics,thinking mode and emotional response are all influenced by culture.Therefore,while possessing the universality of Chinese national culture,it also contains the particularity of various national cultures and presents cultural diversity in behavior.
