摘 要:为降低职业教育一线教师劳动强度,完善"学分制"教育改革的内涵,基于AI考核的"岗位能力目标学分制"改革探讨是有必要的。通过挖掘职业教育"学分制"蕴含的设计理念,把专业课程体系总学分细化为各门课程对应专业岗位能力目标学分,建设各门课程的岗位能力目标标准考核试题库,采用AI技术开放24小时技能操作及理论考核系统。学生自主选择学习时间及考试时间,所学专业总学分修满即可提前毕业,从而体现"学分制"教育改革的内涵及优越性,打造人工智能技术与职业教育教学融合创新的典范。To relieve the labor intensity of front-line teachers in vocational education and perfect the"creditbased"education reform, it is necessary to study the reform on"Credit System for Post Ability Target"based on AI appraisal. By mining the design concept contained in the"Credit System"of vocational education, total credits of professional curriculum system are subdivided into credits of post ability target of corresponding major courses, course examination databases for standard appraisal of the post ability target are constructed, and AI technology allows 24-hour access to the skill operation and theory assessment system. Students can choose to learn and take examinations as their case may be and can graduate ahead if total credits for their major are completed. A model innovatively integrating AI technology with vocational education teaching is hence created to reflect the connotation and advantages of the"credit-based"education reform.
