摘  要:丙酮酸钠作为一种常见的丙酮酸盐,在科学研究和日常生活中应用广泛。丙酮酸钠可用于基础研究和临床测定,也是常用的医药原料、食品添加剂和减肥膳食补充剂等。丙酮酸钠具有抗氧化、抗炎、预防代谢性酸中毒、改善能量代谢障碍等作用,且其抗休克、改善缺血/再灌注损伤等具有治疗优势。本文就丙酮酸钠的药理学作用进行整理综述,以期进一步探究丙酮酸钠的临床应用。Sodium pyruvate as a common form of pyruvate is widely used in scientific research and daily life. Sodium pyruvate can be applied for basic research and clinical determination, and it is also a commonly used pharmaceutical raw material, food additive and dietary supplement for weight loss. Sodium pyruvate has some effects on antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, prevention of metabolic acidosis and improvement of energy metabolism disorders, and it owns some therapeutic advantages in resisting shock and improving ischemia/reperfusion injury. The review focuses on the recent developments of pharmacological effects of sodium pyruvate, in order to further explore the clinical application of sodium pyruvate.
