法治乡村建设背景下农民法律意识考察与分析

摘　　要：农民法律意识是法治乡村建设的关键,没有农民法律意识的培养和提升,法治乡村建设就难以实现。当前,受制于乡村商品经济不发达、民主政治不健全、文化教育不充分、法律制度不完善等因素影响,农民法律意识存在着法律知识匮乏、法律认知不足、法律信仰缺失、法治观念不强等种种问题,这已严重制约了法治乡村建设的顺利进行。为培养和提升农民法律意识,实现法治乡村建设,这就要求我们必须采取有效措施,加快乡村发展,完善乡村法制,为农民法律意识培养和提升奠定必要基础,提供重要保证。The legal consciousness of farmers is the key of the construction of the legal countryside.Without the cultivation and promotion of the legal consciousness of farmers,the construction of the legal countryside is difficult to achieve.At present,under the influence of underdeveloped rural commodity economy,imperfect democracy,inadequate culture and education,imperfect legal system and other factors,there are various problems and deficiencies in the legal consciousness of farmers,such as lack of legal knowledge,lack of legal cognition,lack of legal belief,and weak concept of the rule of law,which has seriously restricted the smooth progress of the construction of the rule of law countryside.In order to cultivate and enhance the legal consciousness of farmers and realize the construction of the rule of law countryside,we must take effective measures to accelerate the rural development,improve the rural legal system,lay the necessary foundation and provide important guarantee for the cultivation and promotion of the legal consciousness of farmers.
