摘　　要：区块链技术应用于医疗卫生领域的路径问题已经成为决策者和学者关注的一个热点。对于医疗健康领域的研究主要侧重于各种医疗健康信息的收集、开发、处理、共享,甚至对健康的监测。本文从数据安全、数据维护和管理系统应用三个维度,对区块链技术在医疗健康领域的研究进展进行了综述,并围绕技术层面介绍转向管理部门应用,分割数据共享转向碎片信息互通,分部门监测转向全过程健康管理,阐释了区块链技术应用于医疗健康领域的发展前景。The issue of how blockchain technology is applied in the medical and health field has become a hot topic for policymakers and scholars.Most research in the medical and health field mainly focuses on the collection,development,processing,sharing,and even health monitoring of various medical and health information.This paper reviews the research progress of blockchain technology in the field of health care from three aspects:data security,data maintenance and management system.It also explains the prospect of the application of blockchain technology in the field of health care from the following three dimensions:from the technical level to the application of management departments,from the sharing of segmented data to the exchange of fragmented information,from the monitoring of sub-departments to the whole process of health management.
