摘  要:目的:运用静息态磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)技术,通过研究急性基底节梗死后大脑度中心度(Degree centrality,DC)的变化,探讨脑功能改变的可能形成机制。方法:收集急性基底节梗死患者以及正常对照组各32例,均进行rs-fMRI扫描,收集数据并采用DC的方法分析脑功能的情况,计算两组的DC值,观察两个组别有差异的脑区。结果:急性基底节梗死组左侧小脑后叶、左侧中央前回、左侧中央后回及左侧额上回、左侧额中回的DC值低于正常对照组(P<0.05),右侧边缘叶的DC值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:DC是一种描述脑网络的图论方法,反映了节点在脑网络信息传输中的作用,可从一个新的角度去研究急性基底节梗死后脑功能网络的改变。Objective:To research the changes of brain function network after acute basal ganglia infarction by using the degree centrality(DC)of rs-fMRI.Methods:Rs-fMRI scans were performed on 32 cases with acute basal ganglia infarction and 32 normal volunteers.The original data were collected,then the DC values were calculated and statistically analyzed by two-sample t test.The changes in brain function of the two groups were compared.Results:The DC values of left posterior cerebellar lobe,left anterior central gyrus,left posterior central gyrus,left superior frontal gyrus and left middle frontal gyrus were lower than those of normal control group(P<0.05),and the DC values of right marginal lobe were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DC is an analytical method to describe the brain network.To some extent,it reflects the role of nodes in the information transmission of the brain network,which can provide a new perspective for the study of the changes in brain function caused by acute basal ganglia infarction.
