摘　　要：目的分析肩胛骨肿瘤的临床及影像学表现。方法选取2010年1月~2020年1月经手术病理证实的50例肩胛骨病变的临床及影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果50例肩胛骨病变中,良性肿瘤24例(48%),中间型肿瘤7例(14%),恶性肿瘤19例(38%),病变类型共14种。良性肿瘤中骨软骨瘤最多见,共21例(占良性肿瘤87.5%),中间型肿瘤中以骨软骨瘤伴局部生长活跃多见,共3例,嗜酸性肉芽肿2例,恶性肿瘤中按发生比率多见的依次为转移瘤11例(占57.9%)、尤文肉瘤4例(21.1%)。结论肩胛骨病变相对少见,以软骨类肿瘤及转移瘤多见,两者均好发于肩胛骨体部,且前者影像表现较为典型。Objective To analyze of clinical and radiological findings of scapular tumors.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 50 cases of scapular lesions confirmed by surgical pathology from January 2010 to March 2020 were collected for retrospective analysis.Results Among the 50 scapular lesions,24 were benign tumors(48%),7 were intermediate tumors(14%),19 were malignant tumors(38%),and there were 14 types of lesions.Osteochondroma was most common in benign tumors,with a total of 21 cases(accounting for 87.5%of benign tumors).Osteochondroma with local growth was more common in the intermediate tumors,with a total of 3 cases.There were 2 cases of eosinophilic granuloma,11 cases of metastatic tumors(57.9%),4 cases of Ewing's sarcoma(21.1%)that were the most common in malignant tumors.Conclusion Scapular tumors are relatively rare,with cartilage tumors and metastatic tumors more common.Both are more common in the scapular body,and the former has a more typical image.
