论李紫翔的战后中国工业化建设观  

On Li Zixiang's View of China’s Industrialization Construction after the Anti-Japanese War

摘　　要：近代以降,工业化成为中国的一个时代命题,抗战胜利前夕,如何在战后重振经济,实现工业化再度成为焦点。1944年前后,李紫翔对战后中国如何实现工业化这一问题进行了深入的分析与讨论,并从产业、资本、经济体制、工业区位等角度提出了一整套完整的战后中国工业化建设方案。在新中国建国初期全面学习苏联、大搞计划经济、畸重重工业的氛围下,李氏的方案无人问津,但建国70多年来中国现代化建设的经验和教训证明,他的工业化建设思想包含着很多真知灼见,值得我们认真思考与借鉴。Li Zixiang(1902-1979)was an early member of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and a famous economist in modern China.Around 1944,Li Zixiang made an in-depth analysis and discussion on how to accomplish industrialization in China after the Anti-Japanese War,and come up with a complete set of plans for China's industrialization after the war regarding industry,capital,economic system and industrial location.In the early days of the People's Republic of China,Li's plan was neglected.Because the whole country is learning from the Soviet Union,attaching undue importance in implementing planned economy and heavy industry.However,the experience and lessons of China's modernization over the past 70 years have proved that his thought of industrialization contains a lot of insights,which are worthy of our careful consideration and reference.
