摘 要:文章介绍了T市某小区土体工程地质特征、岩体工程地质特征、水文地质条件及破碎带工程地质特征,对房屋裂缝产生原因进行了分析研究,认为土洞塌陷是引发地面不均匀变形的根本原因,进而引起墙体出现裂缝、倾斜,矿山开采爆破时,炸药的一部分能量会转换为地震波,引起地表的震动,但该小区爆破地震效应不是房屋产生裂缝的主要原因。建议对该小区房屋开展长期的变形监测,如在土洞发育带上进行工程建设应当先查明土洞等情况,再注浆加固或采用其他工程手段。This paper introduces the engineering geological characteristics and rock engineering geological features,hydro-geological conditions and engineering geological features of the broken zone,and analyzes and studies the causes of cracks of the houses.It is believed that the collapse of the soil cave is the root cause of uneven ground deformation,which in turn causes cracks and slopes in the wall.In the process of mining,during blasting,part of the energy of the explosives will be converted into seismic waves,causing vibrations of the ground,but the blasting seismic effect in this community is not the main reason for cracks of the houses.It is recommended to carry out long-term deformation monitoring of the houses in the community.Before the engineering construction on the soil cave development zone,the soil cave conditions should be identified first,and then grouting reinforcement or other engineering measures should be adopted.
