摘  要:目的:比较ProTaper Next、M3-pro、X-file和M-PRO机用镍钛器械预备弯曲根管的成形能力。方法:按照所用镍钛器械将80个单弯树脂模拟根管随机分为4组(n=20)。牙科显微镜获取预备前、后根管图像。Photoshop CS6软件处理图像,测量预备后根管弯曲角度及弯曲半径的变化值、根管内外侧壁的树脂去除量,计算根管偏移量,并行统计学分析。结果:预备后根管弯曲角度和弯曲半径的变化值组间差异无统计学意义。M-PRO、M3-pro的树脂去除量在多个测量位点均大于ProTaper Next和X-file(P<0.05)。在根尖区,M3-pro的中心定位能力低于其他3种器械(P<0.05)。在弯曲段,X-file的中心定位能力最优(P<0.05)。结论:在树脂模拟弯曲根管中,4种器械均能维持根管原有解剖形态,X-file、ProTaper Next的成形能力更好。Objective:To evaluate the shaping abilities of ProTaper Next,M3-pro,M-PRO and X-file in simulated curved canals.Methods:80 endodontic training blocks with curved canals were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=20)according to the instruments used.Pre-and post-instrumentation images were taken by a dental surgery microscope,and were superimposed with Photoshop CS6 software.The changes of canal curvature,and the amount of resin removal from the inner and outer canal walls at 10 points were measured.Canal deviations were determined accordingly.The data were analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 statistical package(α=0.05).Results:The changes of curvatures were not significantly different among the 4 groups.The removal of resin by M3-pro and M-PRO were more than ProTaper Next and X-file at most points(P<0.05).At the apical part,the centering abilities of X-file,ProTaper Next and M-PRO were better than M3-pro(P<0.05).At the curved part,the centering ability of X-file was the best among the 4 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the resin models the 4 instruments keep the original canal curvature well.X-file and ProTaper Next may have better shaping abilities.
