摘  要:目的:收集华北地区上颌第一乳磨牙形态数据,分析其形态特征。方法:使用3d扫描仪对116名儿童重建上颌第一乳磨牙,使用Creo 2.0测量软件测量牙冠最大近远中径、颊舌径、冠指数、冠面积、冠周径、冠高等。结果:获得了华北地区上颌第一乳磨牙冠周径频数表和各检测项医学参考值范围。最大近远中径、颊舌径、冠面积、颌面周径、最大周径男性大于女性(P<0.05),左右两侧各检测项差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:该研究提供了更适合中国北方儿童第一乳磨牙形态的基础数据。Objective:To collect and analyze the morphological data of primary maxillary first molars in North China.Methods:Digital 3D models of primary maxillary first molars of 116 North China children were reconstructed using a 3D scanner,the maximal mesiodistal diameter,buccolingual diameter,crown index,crown area,circumferential diameter at occlusive plane,crown height,etc,were measured with measurement software Creo 2.0.Results:Circumferential diameter at occlusive plane of the primary maxillary first molars and the medical reference value range of each test item were obtained.Maximal mesiodistal diameter,buccolingual diameter,crown area,circumferential diameter at occlusive plane,maximum circumferential diameters of the boys were treater than those of the girls(P<0.05),and there was no statistica difference of the measurements items between the left and right side(P>0.05).Conclusion:The basic morphological mesurement data of primary maxillary first molar of North China children is provided by the present study.
