摘 要:目的:比较5种不同根管冲洗液对根管内氢氧化钙(CH)的清除效果及对牙本质显微硬度的影响。方法:在70颗单根管离体牙的根管壁上制备凹沟,10颗牙齿作为阴性对照组不导入CH糊剂,60颗牙齿导入CH糊剂,封药1周。1周后,10颗牙齿作为阳性对照组不去除CH糊剂,其余50颗牙齿根据清除氢氧化钙所使用的冲洗液不同随机分成5组(n=10),体视显微镜和SEM观察CH残余量,显微硬度计测试根管壁显微硬度。结果:10%柠檬酸、17%乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)及1 g/L银杏叶提取物(EGb)溶液对CH的清除效果优于蒸馏水和2.5%NaClO溶液(P<0.05)。阴性对照组显微硬度值大于其余各组(P<0.05),其他组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:5种冲洗液均不能完全清除根管内CH,但柠檬酸、EDTA及EGb溶液清除效果较好。CH封药1周降低根管牙本质显微硬度,冲洗液则无明显影响。Objective:To compare the effects of 5 different irrigation solutions on the removal of calcium hydroxide(CH)from root canals and the microhardness of root canal dentin.Methods:A standardized artificial groove was prepared on the root canal wall of 70 extracted single-rooted teeth.10 teeth for negative controls were not filled and 60 teeth were filled with CH paste.1 week after filling,10 teeth were used as the positive controls in those CH paste was not removed and the residual 50 teeth were randomly divided into 5 irrigation solution groups(n=10),the canals of the 50 teeth were irrigated by 5 irrigation solutions respectively.The amount of remaining CH was evaluated under stereomicroscope and SEM,the microhardness of the canal dentin was measured with a microhardness tester.Results:10%citric acid,17%EDTA and 1 g/L extract of ginkgo biloba(EGb)solutions were superior to distilled water and 2.5%NaClO solution for removing CH from root canal(P<0.05).The microhardness value of the negative control group was higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference among the other groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:None of the 5 irrigation solutions can completely remove CH from root canal,but citric acid,EDTA and EGb solutions are more effective.The intracanal application of CH for 1 week can reduce the microhardness of root canal dentin,whereas the 5 irrigation solutions have no significant influence on the microhardness of root canal dentin.
