摘　　要：目的:评价Er,Cr∶YSGG激光联合Hybrid Coat脱敏剂在牙本质过敏中的治疗效果。方法:纳入100名牙本质暴露患者(310颗牙齿),随机分为A、B、C 3组,A组Er,Cr∶YSGG激光治疗(n=106);B组Hybrid Coat治疗(n=100),C组Hybrid Coat联合Er,Cr∶YSGG激光治疗(n=104)。观察并记录治疗后的治疗效果。结果:在治疗后即刻、1个月疗效对比,3种方法的治疗效果没有显著差异(P>0.05);而在治疗后3个月、6个月,A和B没有显著差异,但C有效率高于A、B组(P<0.05);3种发病原因中楔缺和龈退在治疗前后无统计学差异(P>0.05),磨耗与楔缺、龈退有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗前后VAS值有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗后各时间点无统计学差异(P>0.05),C组治疗后各时间点的VAS值均低于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论:Er,Cr∶YSGG激光联合Hybrid Coat脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏获得了较好的早期疗效及中远期效果。Objective:To observe the curative effects of Er,Cr∶YSGG laser combined with Hybrid Coat desensitizer in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.Methods:100 patients with dentin exposure(310 teeth)were treated and randomly divided into 3 groups:The teeth in group A(n=106)was treated by Er,Cr∶YSGG laser,in group B(n=100)by Hybrid Coat,in group C(n=104)by Hybrid Coat combined with Er,Cr∶YSGG laser.The therapeutic effects immediately 1,3 and 6 months after treatment were observed and recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effects of the three methods immediately and one month after treatment(P>0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the effective treatment retio of group C was higher than that of gorup A and B(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the three causes of the disease in the wedge and sputum before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the wear and the wedge and stenosis(P<0.05).After treatment the VAS values decreased(P<0.05),there was no significant difference at each time after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with group A and B,VAS values in group C were lower at each time point after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Er,Cr∶YSGG laser combined with Hybrid Coat desensitizer has achieved good early and medium-and long-term effects in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.
