摘  要:建立SD大鼠正畸牙模型,随机分为对照组与ISO组,各20只,术后当天及7、14、21 d分别测定大鼠牙齿移动距离,HE染色观察牙周组织变化,对破骨细胞数量计数,检测Runt相关转录因子2(Runx2)和破骨细胞分化因子(ODF)水平。结果表明:加力后两组大鼠的牙齿均明显移动,且ISO组大鼠移动距离显著长于对照组(P<0.05);HE染色观察ISO组可见压力侧牙槽骨表面存在骨吸收陷窝,张力侧可见牙周膜变宽;加力后ISO组破骨细胞数目较对照组多;两组大鼠牙周膜中Runx2、ODF表达水平变化明显(P<0.05),ISO组Runx2水平高于对照组(P<0.05),ODF水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。A rat orthodontic tooth model was established in 40 SD rats and the rats were randomly divided into a control group and an ISO group(n=20).The tooth movement distance of the rats 0,7,14 and 21 d after orthodontic treatment was measured,the periodontal tissue changes were observed by HE staining,the number of osteoclasts was counted,and Runx2 and ODF levels were detected.The results showed that after the application of orthodontic force,the teeth of both groups moved significantly,and the moved distance of ISO group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).ISO group showed bone resorption pits on the pressure side and alveolar bone on the tension side.The periodontal ligament became wider;the number of osteoclasts in the ISO group was greater than that in the control group;the expression levels of Runx2 and ODF in the periodontal ligament of the 2 groups changed significantly(P<0.05),Runx2 level in ISD group was higher and ODF level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).
