摘　　要：建立合理的桥梁运营安全风险预警指标体系既有助于了解当前运营的安全水平,及时发现不安全因素并采取预警措施,还可为运营安全管理的发展提供引导作用.基于鄂东长江公路大桥运营期背景资料,运用风险源辨识相关理论进行风险源辨识,从风险事件梳理的角度编制出风险源清单,为预警指标选取的全面性奠定了基础.结合桥梁运营特点,针对不同的事件类型,从交通事故、桥墩撞击、恶劣天气、桥梁结构异常和地质灾害5个方面建立桥梁运营安全风险预警指标体系,并对风险评价指标的选取进行分析.期望为桥梁事业的发展和运营管理工作提供借鉴.Establishing a reasonable early warning indicator system for bridge operation safety risks helps to understand the current safety level of operations,timely discover unsafe factors and take early warning measures,and can also provide guidance for the development of operational safety management.Based on the background data during the operation period of the Edong Yangtze River Highway Bridge,combined with the relevant theories of risk source identification,this paper uses quantitative accident statistical models combined with past incidents and accident records to identify risk sources and compile a list of risk sources.Based on the construction goals and principles of the bridge operation safety risk early warning indicator system,combined with the characteristics of bridge operation,a bridge operation safety risk early warning indicator system was established from five aspects:traffic crashes,pier impact,severe weather,abnormal bridge structure and geological disasters.This paper also analyzed the selection of evaluation indicators.It is expected to provide a reference for the development and operation management of the bridge industry.
