摘　　要：所谓“技能人才”是指“在生产和服务等领域岗位一线,掌握专门知识和技术,具备一定的操作技能,并在工作实践中能够运用自己的技术和能力进行实际操作的人员”。培养技能人才需要课程内容与生产实际相结合,教学过程与生产过程对接。The so-called"skilled talents"refer to"persons who are on the front line of positions in the production and service fi elds,have specialized knowledge and technology,have certain operational skills,and can use their own technology and abilities to carry out practical operations in work practice.Cultivating"skilled talents"need the combination of the content of the course with the actual production,and the connection between teaching process and the production process.
