摘　　要：基于CATIA软件建立车辆三维骨架模型,通过DMU运动学仿真的传感器监测功能,测量出相应零部件的角速度和线速度,再基于等效力距的概念(即:瞬时功率与实际作用在机械上的所有外力和力矩的瞬时功率之和相等),通过EXCEL软件的函数功能,计算出车辆任意转角下转向机输出端的等效阻力距,为车辆对转向机及转向助力油缸的选型提供高效准确的参考。Based on the CATIA software,a three-dimensional vehicle skeleton model is established.Through the sensor monitoring function of DMU kinematics simulation,the angular velocity and linear velocity of the corresponding parts are measured,and then based on the concept of equal distance(ie:instantaneous power and actual effect on the machine,the sum of the instantaneous power of all external forces and moments is equal),through the function function of EXCEL software,the equivalent resistance distance at the output end of the steering gear at any turning angle of the vehicle is calculated,which provides reference for the effi cient and accurate selection of the steering gear and steering cylinder.
