摘　　要：研究生导师队伍是研究生教育质量的保障。针对目前研究生导师队伍短缺,导师学缘结构单一,导师培训缺乏系统性和针对性等问题,通过实践得出采取组织一主几辅的异质型导师组,转变传统用人观念、广罗人才,加强导师培养,构建并完善导师评价体系等措施,能切实提高导师队伍的整体水平和研究生的培养质量。The tutor team in graduate education is the key factor for its quality assurance.At present,except for the absence of systematicness and pertinence in tutor training,there also exist a series of problems in graduate education,such as tutor shortage and single learning-origin structure.To address these problems,we need to transform the conventional concept of employment and recruit more talents while enhance the tutor training by forming the heterogeneous tutor team.Under the guidance of“One Principal Type plus Several Secondary Types”,we can effectively promote the overall level of tutor team and the graduate educational quality through a series of measures including establishing tutor evaluation system with continuous improvement.
